Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods
- Orders of 1-2 items ship via USPS Ground Advantage
- Orders of 3 or more items ship via UPS Ground

We select the carrier based on order size to get you the most reliable and cost-effective delivery.

Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please note these are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after the label is created.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Address
