Purchase Options Cancellation Policy — All Green Degreaser

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of orders.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel anytime before the renewal date.

To cancel or change your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription directly. Changes can be made at any time.

Pre-Orders
A pre-order lets you purchase a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit, then charge the remaining balance once your order is ready to ship.

If your pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it and receive a full refund of any amount paid. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled — but you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. See our Returns Policy for details.
